How does Anwar set up a shadow cabinet when is not in Parliament to led the shadow gang? Secondly, it is the most suicidal act politically that one can do in a circumstance like this. You can't afford to do that unless you have no plan or you are politically non-exsistent. Moreover, I'm sure PAS and DAP will not agree to that premature idea.
